LUCID Tyre

A water-based tyre dressing created to restore the deep, clean appearance of tyre sidewalls without leaving them looking excessively artificial.

Introduction

A water-based tyre dressing created to restore the deep, clean appearance of tyre sidewalls without leaving them looking excessively artificial. The smooth formula spreads evenly across the rubber, helping to revive faded surfaces and complete the appearance of a freshly detailed vehicle.

The finish can be adjusted through application technique. A thin, evenly buffed layer provides a refined satin appearance, while an additional layer creates a richer and glossier result. TYRE can also be used on suitable exterior rubber and plastic trim. Supplied in a 500ml screw-cap bottle and designed and manufactured in the UK.

Key Features

  • Water-based tyre and exterior trim dressing
  • Restores depth and colour to faded rubber
  • Adjustable satin-to-gloss finish
  • Designed for controlled applicator use
  • Smooth and even application
  • 500ml formula

Why You’ll Love It

Well-maintained paintwork can still look unfinished when the tyres appear dry or faded. TYRE restores the contrast between the wheels and the tyre sidewalls, creating a cleaner, sharper and more considered finish.

The screw-cap bottle allows the product to be dispensed directly onto an applicator, providing greater control than spraying near valuable alloy wheels, paintwork and braking components.

How to Use

  1. Clean the tyre sidewall thoroughly to remove dirt, road grime and previous dressing residue.
  2. Rinse away all cleaner and allow the tyre to dry completely.
  3. Pour a small amount of TYRE onto a clean tyre applicator.
  4. Spread a thin, even layer around the sidewall.
  5. Allow the product to settle and dry.
  6. Buff away any excess with a clean cloth for a more natural finish and to reduce the risk of sling.
  7. Apply a second thin layer if a deeper gloss is preferred.

Do not apply to tyre treads, braking surfaces, pedals or any area where reduced grip could create a hazard.

Perfect For

Owners who want dark, well-defined tyres with a finish that can be tailored from understated satin to a richer detailed appearance.

Pro Tips

The cleaner and drier the tyre is before application, the more even the final result will be. Use less product than initially seems necessary and build the finish gradually with thin layers.
